She specializes in conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), developing privacy and security frameworks from the ground up, and ensuring organizations remain compliant while safeguarding critical assets. Her hands-on experience spans risk management, incident response, third-party security, and AI governance.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Management Information Systems. She also holds both CIPP and CISM certifications through IAPP and ISACA, respectively. He founded and led BCH Consulting through a successful acquisition, and today he continues to advise clients on regulatory alignment, internal controls, and audit readiness. Holding CPA licenses in California and Nevada, Brian is a member of the AICPA and multiple state societies.
